ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE - MARSH AFRICA

Position includes:

•Support in serving and development of corporate and multinational client base
•Assistance in the recording, monitoring, processing, reporting and finalization of claims
•Point of contact for assisting clients and market queries
•Mentoring and guidance of support staff in short- term division

Key Requirements and Competencies:

•3 – 4 years corporate broking and client servicing experience
•Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal and supervisory skills
•Should have strong customer focus and the ability to interact with client/market representatives at all levels
•Preparation of budget for client servicing team and understanding the importance of client profitability
•Ensure that technical claims and service delivery standards are properly implemented for client in terms of quality management systems
•Ensure all products and services available within Marsh Africa are marketed to the client as appropriate
•New business development
•Fostering of sound working relationships with other functional business units
•Computer literacy (MS Windows, Word, Excel, Power Point)

Qualification:

•Insurance & Risk Management Degree and AIISA/ACII qualified or significant progress made towards Associationship
