Main Purpose of Job:
•To enhance the Managing Director’s effectiveness by providing both
Administration and Information Management support and representing the Managing
Director.
Key Performance Areas:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the among other things;
•Secretarial services
•Administrative
•Logistics
•Filing and record keeping
•Customer satisfaction
Qualification:
•COSC/BGCSE plus Higher National Diploma in Secretarial Studies/Service.
•Bachelor of Commerce/ Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent will
be an added advantage
Experience:
•At least 3 years’ experience as an Executive Secretary or equivalent in high
pressure environment.
•Proficiency in Microsoft office and knowledge of office automation facilities
and equipment are essential.
