Job Description
A position of a Route to Market Manager exist in the Sales, Marketing & Distribution Function.

The position is based in Polokwane.

This position report directly to the District Manager

The purpose of the position is todrive and initiative to facilitate the development of alternative route to market methods whilst developing, maintaining and building across all facets of the existing route to market model.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Audit existing route to market methods for sustainability and operational excellence
? Investigating and developing new route to market methods across the Limpopo District
? Management of existing and new Official Coca Cola Distributors
? Develop, measure and maintain current and new methods
? Align the Sales function with the Logistics and operational functions
? Ability to run project scenarios
? Project Management
? Timeline Management
? Budget adherence
? Successful projects
? Team development
Skills, Experience & Education
Degree with majors in Business Management, Logistics, and/or Sales fields
? Operational experience (5 – 8 years) in a FMCG environment
? Project Management skills
? People Management skills
? Entrepreneurial experience to assist small business development
? Commercial knowledge and know-how
? Communication skills and ability to manage team of people in projects across the CCF franchise areas
? Knowledge of KO Inventory deployment systems and operational distribution excellence methods
? Ability to run various scenarios and evaluate different methods and project outcomes
? Extensive travelling

Job Description
Manage and maintain a safe and healthy work environment.
Lead and facilitate shift team with sound leadership and people development.
Attend to shift administration and documentation.
Ensure that SAP information is live.
Manage and optimize warehouse performance through professional stock control, forklift operation and KPI’s.
Interact with Distribution and Central Planning to ensure integrated service.
Maintain high levels of housekeeping in the Warehouse.
Ensure adequate stock rotation as per TCCQS.

Matric.
Relevant qualification would be advantageous.
Must be fully computer literate (MS Office).
Knowledge of SAP would be advantageous
Must be service and results orientated.
Forklift License would be an advantage.
Must be able to work shifts.
At least 3 years Operations / Warehouse experience.
