1. Assistant Slots Manager

1.1 Main Purpose of the job


Reporting to Units Slots Manager, the incumbent will assist in the overall efficient and profitable operation of the Slots Department through subordinate personnel, to the highest efficiency, customer service and security in accordance with the policies and procedures of the company.

1.2 Education, Experience and Competencies required


O'Level or equivalent, plus Diploma/Degree in Business Management: a minimum of four (4) years experience in the Slots Department; atleast two years in a Slots Shift Manager position; Experience in a statistical analysis, including machine mix and excellent arithmetical skills: knowledge of accounts and good budgeting skills; good marketing, public relations and strategic planning abilities: excellent conversational abilities with the ability to communicate at levels. Computer literate esp. in Excel, MS Word.

2. Receptionist - Scheduled


2.1 Main purpose of the job 


Reporting to the Front Office Shift Leader, the job will be responsible for controlling the efficient running of the Hotel Reception and preform all administration duties in a sound and professional manner.

2.2 Education, experience and competencies required


O'Level/BGCSE or equivalent, 2years as a receptionist in a hotel or more than 2years attachments in a hotel, be prepared to work shifts, be physically fit, converse fluently and confidently in English, strong customer focus, ability to work with limited supervision, good interpersonal relations, be confident, computer literate, (Opera will be added advantage) high attention to details, ability to cope with under pressure, integrity.

2.3 Key Responsibility areas


Daily running of the front desk, check in and out hotel guests and maintenance of hotel accounts.
To answer all the telephone calls quickly and promptly in accordance with the hotel standards.

Receptionist - Non-Bank Financial Institutions Regulatory Authority(NBFIRA)

Reports to: Senior Administration & Records officer

Main purpose of the job

To operate the switchboard, welcome clients and direct them accordingly to the relevant offices and or persons. Provide administrative support to other functions

Key performance Areas

• Operate and answer the switchboard
• As the first point of contact the incumbent will attend clients, ascertain nature of visits and direct them accordingly
• Inform the requested contact person of the client’s visit and direct callers to the specific location
• Provide appropriate responses to the client’s enquiries
• Screens incoming calls and when appropriate answer routine queries and or refer calls to an alternate source
• Ensures that the reception is kept clean and presentable at all times
• Collates and distributes accurate telephone reports to staff members
• Reports telephone faults and monitors repairs
• Undertake such other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Experience and Qualifications

• Certificate in Secretarial Studies or equivalent
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience operating a switchboard and office administration
