IM Site Systems Manager (Kolomela)

The role
·  Manages the relationship with Kolomela site stakeholders to assist in ensuring the delivery of quality Information Management services.
·  Plans and manages change implementation activities required for implementing and integrating Information Technology capabilities into the business operations
·  Manage the relationship with site stakeholders and IM related communication.
·  Incident management: deal with escalations and out of SLA calls.
·  Responsible for safety management of onsite IM contractor resources.
·  Manage the joiner and leaver, and demand for new services processes.
·  Ensure asset management process effective.
·  Manage critical folders access to ensure data integrity.
· Daily task management of onsite IM contractor resources

Requirements
·  Applicants should be in possession of a relevant tertiary qualification
·  8-10 years relevant experience
·  Experience in a mining environment is advantageous
·  Customer service background
· Driver's Licence

You will need
·  Knowledge: Items with an associated level are based on the Global IM Competency Framework. IM Organisation & Relationship Management, IM Vendor Management – level 2, IM Business Analysis – level 2, IM Strategy & Performance Management – level 2, IM Assurance – level 2, IM Architecture – level 1, IM Programme & Project Management – level 2, ITIL and How IM adds value in a mine environment
·  Skills: Ability to liaise with senior management, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills, leadership, negotiation and conflict management ability, influencing and networking ability, problem solving and Project Management

Remuneration
The initial salary will be determined in accordance with Kumba Iron Ore regulations.
This is an Anglo Band 6 role

Grade 12
Qualified Diesel / Petrol Mechanic (“Rooi Seel”)
Computer literacy will be advantageous
Experience in Fault Finding, Preventative Maintenance, Engine Rebuilding, Brake and Air Systems.
Be able to work un-supervised yet produce high quality workmanship.
Experience in the use of Diagnostic equipment will be a advantageous
Must be prepared to work shifts and perform standby duties.
3 years working experience in a similar environment
Must be willing to travel to Vryburg when needed as well.
