PART-TIME LECTURER IN
THE DEPARTMENT OF CIVIL ENGINEERING (1 position)
Duties: The
successful applicant will be expected to: (i) Teach undergraduate and
postgraduate courses in Civil Engineering including Highway and Transportation
Engineering; (ii) Engineering Surveying; (iii) carry out any other duties as
may be assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements: Candidates
must have (i) at least a Master’s degree in Highway or Transportation
Engineering or equivalent; (ii) Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering with at
least a 2(i) pass / GPA of at least 3.6; obtained from a recognized university;(iii)
show evidence of engagement in
research and service; (iv) a PhD in Transportation engineering or related field and teaching experience at a
University or comparable institution as well as demonstration of effective
academic leadership will be added advantages.
