PART-TIME LECTURERS IN THE FOLLOWING SPECIALIZATIONS (3 POSITIONS)
Vacancy No: FET/CE 6/2013  
                                                         
Duties: The successful applicants will be required to teach the following undergraduate level courses
a)      Remote Sensing (1 position)
b)      Engineering and Mining Surveying (1)
c)      Facilities Management and Estate Marketing and Agency Estate/Land Management, (1 position)

Requirements:
a)      REMOTE SENSING AND CARTOGRAPHY: The candidate must have (i) a Master’s Degree in Geomatics/Geodesy/GIS obtained from a recognized University; (ii) an undergraduate degree in Geomatics or cognate area with at least a 2(i) pass / GPA of at least 3.6 (iii) show evidence of engagement in research and service; (iv) Preference will be given to applicants with PhD and teaching experience at a university level.

b)     ENGINEERING AND MINING SURVEYING: The candidate must have (i) a Master’s degree in Geomatics/Geodesy/GIS obtained from a recognized University; (ii) an undergraduate degree in Geomatics or cognate area with at least a 2(i) pass / GPA of at least 3.6 (iii) show evidence of engagement in research and service; (iv)Preference will be given to applicants with PhD and teaching experience at a university level.

c)      FACILITIES MANAGEMENT AND ESTATE/LAND MANAGEMENT: The candidate should possess: (i) a Master’s Degree in Estate Management or equivalent;(ii) an undergraduate Degree in Land Economy/Estate Management/ Land Management or a related discipline with at least a 2(i) pass / GPA of at least 3.6 (iii) show evidence of engagement in research and service; (iv) Preference will be given to applicants with PhD and teaching experience at a university level.
