Purpose of the Job
The incumbent will report to the
Shareholders - and will be rresponsible for driving visionary leadership and
direction, including expanding the business while attaining the financial,
business goals and social obligations.
- The
job includes but is not limited to the following activities:
- Leader
of corporate strategy, business and operational plans.
- Maintain
good performance as is expected by shareholders.
- Manage
relationships with key stakeholders and change management initiatives.
- Ensure
development and implementation of new business initiatives and continual
review of existing products and services.
- Ensure
that the organisation responds to developments in business trends,
strategies, techniques and methodologies, together with changes in the
regulatory and/or legislative environment.
Requirements
- Experience
in Project Management, Network Operations and People Management of Telecom
networks
- Minimum
experience of 8 years in project management and overall 10 years in
managing telecom networks.
- Experience
deployment of UMTS, LTE or other telecommunications network will be an
added advantage.
