1. INTERNAL AUDIT SUPERVISOR
Main Purpose of Job:
To organize and supervise the daily internal audit schedule to ensure the implementation of internal audit programmes, coordinate audit inspections and prepare audit reports to the approval of the Internal Audit Manager ensuring compliance and assurance.
Educational Requirements:
•Degree in Accounting, Business or related discipline
•Professional qualification part of completion (C.I.A / CIMA/ ACCA)
Experience:
four years practical experience in internal auditing or accounting preferably in a related industry
Key Performance Areas:
•Financial Planning

2. RISK MANAGEMENT SUPERVISOR
Main Purpose of Job:
To supervise the safeguarding of Botswana Railways and its customers, reputation, assets and the interest of stakeholders by identifying and managing all threats to the achievement of business objectives.
Educational Requirements:
•Degree in Risk Management, Business, Finance, Accounting or related discipline plus a professional qualification part completion.
Experience:
•4 years’ experience in risk management supervisory role
Key Performance Areas:
•Loss reduction
•Budget control and planning
•Record keeping
•Risk analysis and evaluation
•Risk management policy and procedures
•Staff development
