IN LAND MANAGEMENT/REAL ESTATE

Duties: The successful
candidate will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level courses.
The candidate should be able to teach any three of the following: Principles of
Valuation; Land Economics; Statutory Valuation and Property Management. The
Department reserves the right to allocate other courses in addition to those
outlined above.
Requirements: Candidates should
have: (i) a Master’s degree in Real Estate, Valuation/Land
Economics/Property Management/Property Development and Investment or
equivalent; (ii) a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate/land Economy or related
field with at least a 2(i) pass/GPA of 3.6;(iii) Evidence of engagement in
research and publication activities; a relevant PhD or similar professional
qualifications and teaching experience at a University or comparable
institution will be an added advantages.
