PART-TIME LECTURERS IN
ESTATE/LAND MANAGEMENT
VACANCY NO: FET/CE 3/2014
Duties: The successful applicants
will be required to teach in any of the following undergraduate level courses: Property
Investment and Appraisal, Real Estate Development, Property Conveyance &
Disposition, Property Management, and Tribal Land Management
Requirements: Candidates should
have: (i) a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management or
equivalent; (ii) a Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management/land Economy or
related field with at least a 2(i) pass/GPA of 3.6;(iii) Evidence of engagement
in research and publication activities; a relevant PhD or similar professional
qualifications and teaching experience at a University or comparable
institution will be an added advantages as well as Specialization in property finance and
taxation.
