1.HEAD GUIDE

1.1.Qualifications

•A professional Guides License
•Class B Drvers License and a PRDP
•Conversant in English and Setswana
•Secondary School Certificate
•5 years experience in the field
•Valid first aid certificate

1.2.Competencies

•Strong leadership skills
•Be a team worker
•Strong communication skills
•Be able to work under minimal supervision
•Planning skills

2.TOURISM GUIDE

2.1.Qualifications

•A professional / Assistant Guides License
•Class B Driver's license and PRDP License (15 seater and upwards)
•Secondary School Certificate
•Conversant in both English and Setswana
•2-3 years in the field of tourism
•Valid first aid certificate

3.SENIOR RESERVATIONS OFFICER

3.1.Qualifications

•Conversant in both English and Setswana
•Diploma / 1st Degree in Event Management or Tourism and Hospitality
•Prepared to work long irregular hours
•Be a team worker (to liaise with other departments for what the client requires)
•Administrative skills
•Ability to deal with queries and last minute requests
•Communication and presentation skills
•Interpersonal relationship skills
