Youth Correspondent - Voluntary Basis

Are you passionate & resilient about issues affecting youth? Do you possess excellent comprehensive inter-communication skills? Do you like meeting people and attending events? Can you deliver more on youth issues?

BW Jobs 4 Graduates (BWJ4G) is a non-profit organization registered under the Ministry of Labor and Home Affairs (Section 6(1) of the Societies Act, and affiliated by the Botswana National Youth Council (BNYC). The organization was founded by the late his excellency Abednico Matobo, in February 2012 to act as a remedy for addressing the escalating unemployment issues among youth in general.

We are looking for you to be our first Youth Correspondent as we heartily take on youth unemployment in-person nationwide. We are looking for solemn voluntary candidates to join BWJ4G team in the following areas:

North East X3, South East X2, Kgalagadi X2, Ghanzi X2, Central X2 , North West X2, Chobe X2

Qualification: any tertiary qualification.

Skills & Competencies (not limited to):

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Resilient & confident.
• Leadership skills an added advantage.
• Computer Literate.
• Dynamic and innovative.
• Professional etiquette.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good report writing skills.
• Highly attentive to details.

Duties (not limited to):

• Attend youth events on behalf of the organization.
• Liaise with headquarters on upcoming events.
• Carry out other youth related tasks.
