1.LOCAL GUARD FORCE SUPERVISOR, FSN-10/FP-5 (steps 5 through

1.1.Main Purpose of the Job
Job Holder is responsible for the first-line management and supervision of Local Guard (LG) assets, and the Residential Security (RS) Program; responsible for the development of local guards and LG components within facility defense and emergency react plans for all USG facilities; daily management and oversight of LG personnel and resources; assisting with the development of security logistics, contract, and financial planning pertaining to LG and RS; and managing security standards at all USG facilities in country; serves as the Contracting Officer Representative for Local Guard Force Contract.
1.2.Qualifications
•Bachelor Degree or host country equivalent in Security, Law Enforcement, Business Administration, or related field is required
•three years of progressively responsible experience in the commercial security guard business, civilian or government police, or military, including three years of supervisory experience
•Level IV fluency in both written and spoken English
•Strong knowledge in physical security standards, security practices and procedures, developing and deploying of mobile patrols, creation of defensive security plans, and demonstrable technical knowledge of standard security equipment and digital cameras is required
•Must have strong presentation and public speaking skills to conduct conferences
