Job Purpose:
• Driving business performance through a highly engaged workforce, by leveraging on an efficient and effective organization.
• Act as a catalyst, stimulating high engagement through great manager behaviours.

• Relentlessly focus our people on the Bank’s values and the behaviours associated with upholding them
• The primary areas of responsibility would include WB & CB Malaysia, GSSCKL.
• The role holder would be expected to strategize and execute a Strategic People Agenda (SPA) for their areas of responsibility
Key Responsibilities:
• Deployment of Group People Policies, products and implementation of related processes.
• Coach & Engage Leadership team within their area of responsibility to drive business performance.
• Ensure a robust talent pipeline to meet the future needs of the functions.
• Collaborate with Business HR colleagues to agree stakeholder engagement, drive functional strategies, processes and messages at the Country level.
• Collaborate with colleagues across HR (including specialists and HRSSC) to ensure continuous improvement in the function

Qualifications & Skills
Degree Holder or equivalent
Must have 8 yrs HR experience preferably in banking & finance.
