Job Description
Reporting to the Group Logistics Manager, The Project Coordinator is required to conduct ongoing analysis of projects in progress and provide status reports to stakeholders. The Project Coordinator is also required to provide the requisite administrative and logistical support.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
Specific Duties will include :
Thoroughly understand and communicate stakeholder requirements to appropriate team members, and manage the process of realizing each stakeholder requirement.
Track progress and review project tasks to make certain deadlines & milestones are met appropriately.
Proactively communicate project status, issues & risks to management.
Work collaboratively with all stakeholders and conduct regular status meetings.
Manage general administrative duties, associated with information storage and retrieval.

Skills, Experience & Education
Proficiency in software applications, especially Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project.
At east 2-3 years experience in Project Administration/Project Management.
Excellent administrative skills.
Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to relate to all levels.
Good written and oral communication skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good planning and organizational skills and the initiative to work with minimum supervision.

General
This position is on a 12 month contract basis. And may require some travel.
