Our client is a leading resources company in Europe and
Africa. They have various operations and are looking for South African HR
professionals to be based in the Northern Cape as well as Namibia.
The positions available are:
Group HR Manager - Northern Cape (at least 12 years' experience)
HR Manager (South African operations) - Northern Cape (at least 10 years' experience)
HR Associates - Northern Cape or Namibia (at least 7 years' experience)
Skills should include:
HR administration
Organisational development
Industrial and employee relations
Occupational health and safety
Rewards and payroll
Talent management
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
Qualification in Human Resources; labour law/employee relations advantageous
Extensive experience in the HR field (variable on seniority of roles)
Mining industry experience highly beneficial
High computer literacy and experience using SAP
Only open to South African citizens; BEE candidates are encouraged to apply
