• The core responsibility of the successful individual will be to develop an established client base throughout the African Continent by promoting the full in-country payroll solutions
• Managing current key accounts and building the client portfolio
• Ensuring full compliance with in-country legal requirements.
• Payroll outsourcing and internal payroll administration, system implementation, process streamlining and quality assurance
• Providing cost effective high quality full outsourced payroll solutions for Organisations running in country payrolls

Requirements:

• Relevant Degree
• Payroll experience will secure
• Sales & business development experience
• Sales & Consultative Ability
• Proven track record in Sales & Business Development
• Dependable, trustworthy, detailed people person that is able to multitask and is deadline driven
• Professional
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Good presentation skills
• Ability to work with people and in a team
