The key responsibility of this position is the portfolio
management of all the equity and property portfolios.
Responsibilities:
Conducting in-depth company research and analyse macro-economic trends
Maximize investment performance
Portfolio compliance
Securities dealing and proactively act upon corporate events
Monitor pricing and reporting on portfolios
Continuously monitor and compare portfolios' performance against benchmarks
Identify and analyse the areas of potential liquidity, market and credit risk
Requirements: Qualification and Skill
5 years portfolio management experience with proven track record
Bachelor's degree required
Major in finance, economics, accounting, statistics, or related field strongly preferred
Only Namibian citizens will be considered
Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designation will be an advantage
Excellent decision making and problem solving skills
Excellent understanding of valuation, accounting, and economic principles
Well organized, dynamic and innovative
Able to assume high level of responsibility

A smarter way to be successful is to do whatever it takes to achieve our goals. We must try and focus on Property Investment to deal more better in for our future. I know that this business had slowed down and I think it would be better in the upcoming months or also in the future.
