DEMONSTRATORS IN URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING (3 POSITIONS)
FACULTY OF ENGINEERING & TECHNOLOGY
DEPARTMENT OF ARCHITECTURE AND PLANNING
TEMPORARY FULL TIME/PART-TIME / TEACHING ASSISTANTS /
DEMONSTRATORS IN URBAN AND REGIONAL PLANNING (3 POSITIONS)
VACANCY NO: FET/A & P 2/2020
Duties: Successful candidates will be required to
assist with the Planning Studios, Planning Techniques and Theoretical courses,
practical, labs and tutorials in Urban and Regional Planning and carry out any
other duties assigned by the HOD.
Requirements: Applicants must have: (i) a
minimum of 4 year B.A. or B.S c. Degree in Urban and Regional Planning, Urban
Design or any cognate discipline; (ii) a minimum pass of 65%
in Planning Studios and Planning Techniques courses; (iii) experience
with GIS, CAD and design techniques at inter-mediate level; (iv) teaching
experience or professional practice and membership of PITP/RTPI or any other
recognised professional body will be added advantages.
