PHARMACY PRACTICE LECTURER (2 YEARS)

The University of Botswana invite suitable candidates to apply for the position of a lecturer in the School of Pharmacy.

Duties: The successful candidate will be expected to: (i) Undertake the teaching of Pharmacy Practice courses in the Bachelor of Pharmacy (B. Pharm) programme, (ii) supervise and mentor learners, (iii) participate in administrative and non-administrative assignments as maybe delegated by the supervisor/Head.

Requirements: Applicants should have: (i) at least a Masters’ Degree in the area of Pharmacy Practice or equivalent; (ii) a Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or equivaalent with at least a 2(i) pass/ GPA of at least 3.6; (iii) show evidence of engagement in research and service; (iv) a relevant PhD, teaching experience at a University or comparable institution and demonstration of effective academic leadership will be added advantages.

Remuneration: The University offers competitive salaries and benefits commensurate with experience and qualifications.
