•Support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
•Create and implement effective onboarding plans.
•Develop Training and development programs
•Recruitment and Selection
•Employee Relations
•Maintain employee records according to Policies and legal requirements
•Effective Administration of Payroll and related tasks
•Builds and maintains productivity relationship with Doctors by agreeing on Professional Code of Conduct
Requirements
Minimum Job Requirements
Qualification
•Degree in Human Resources Management or equivalent
Experience

•At least 5 years Human Resources generalist experience with practical knowledge of HR Information systems supported by advanced analytical skills and good attention to detail. Experience in a Private Hospital Environment will be an added advantage
