Property Development and Estates Management business. As part of its
transformation journey, BHC is currently seeking to attract an outstanding
Human Resources professional who is passionate about people issues to take up
the role of Manager Human Resources
OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE
The purpose of this role is to provide leadership in the
delivery of Human Resource administrative services to the Corporation either
directly or through third party service providers
JOB SUMMARY
Reporting to the Director Human Capital and Administration,
the position will be responsible for, among other things, inter alia,
recruitment and selection, employee welfare and benefits, as well as payroll
QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Degree
in Social Sciences preferably Human Resource Management or other related
fields
- Post
Graduate Qualification will be an added advantage
- Professional
membership of a recognized Human Resource Management Institute will be
desirable
- Minimum
of eight (8) years experience in the development and implementation of
employment policies and procedures, of which five (5) years should have
been at senior or supervisory level
