THE DIVE INN RESTAURANT VACANCIES



The dive inn Restaurant is a new mobile restaurant about to open in Molepolole and it’s looking for suitable Personnel to fill the following posts;
COOK/CHEF (1)
• Responsible for preparing delicacies
• Makes lists and budget for kitchen supplies
• Oversees the entire kitchen staff
• Responsible for training new cooks
• Makes sure that the meals being whipped up tastes really good
• Should be able to work overtime

Requirements:
• Must possess a BGCSE Certificate
• At least 1 year experience in catering industry
• certificate or Diploma in Hospitality management will be an added advantage
• A customer service background With meal preparations, excellent communication skills and must be a people's person.

KITCHEN ASSISTANT 2
• Assist the chef/ cook in the with meal preparations
• Ensure that all the needed cooking ingredients are in supply
• Ensures that the kitchen is clean and hygienic at all times
• Responsible for the restaurant’s cashier machine and serving of customers.
• Should be able to work overtime

Requirements:
• Must possess a minimum of Junior certificate
• Should have at least months experience in catering industry will be an added advantage
