transhipping, accomodation and key account vendors
- Provide guidance and support to all relevant parties /
stakeholders
- Action resolution of exceptions within relevant timelines
- Ensure Job Family/Divisional alignment with customer and

reputation.
- Strategize through a risk based approach the
implementation of a Company HSEQ Assurance plan
- Evaluate assurance findings and determine intervention
strategies to improve and sustain their HSEQ management
and performance
- Provide assurance through reports/presentations to
Divisions; Engen HSEQ MC, AMC and Board of Audit
Committee (BAC) through Internal Audit Division, Engen
MC on HSEQ Assurance findings and recommend Company-
wide interventions to manage HSEQ risks
- Assist the Divisions' in facilititating third party HSEQ audits
- Conduct contractor HSEQ audits
- Establish and maintain strategic alliances with HSEQ
Assurance counterparts on HSEQ best practices and
Industry standards to benchmark against Group HSEQ
practices and performance.
- Strategize and build pool of HSEQ assurance team leaders
and auditors in specialized areas for the various businesses
to be tapped on for HSEQ and technical assurances,
incident investigation and due diligence for the Group’s
global business portfolio.
- Strategize and collaborate on HSEQ Assurance programs to
optimize company’s auditing capabilities
- Provide advice on how to close all audit findings (including
third party) in order to ensure effective closures across the
Division
- Communicate HSEQ policies/procedures
- Drive compliance to HSEQ policies and procedures
- Model HSEQ values
- Ensure Sub Family/Departmental alignment with customer
and stakeholder policy and procedure
- Engage internal customers and stakeholders on
