Matric with Degree/Diploma in Marketing & Business Analysis Fundamentals
SAP Point of Sale (POS) Experience (advantageous)

Apply a structured Organisational Change Management approach to transition individuals, teams and organisations from a current state to a desired future state to support successful business project delivery and benefits realisation.

- Define and agree ownership of benefits realisation post-go

- Coach and support business owner of benefits realisation

- Identify on-going improvements to realise benefits
- Build capacity in the business to ensure ownership of the
change
- Engage stakeholders to build buy-in and support
- Monitor change readiness of organisation

Education & Experience
Post Graduate Diploma - Project/Programme Management
Required 2 years operational Management Trainee/Business Analyst/ HR Consultant/ Trainee Manager
Must Have
- 5 years specialist Change Management in Projects
experience
- 5 years specialist Change Management in ERP System
Implementation Projects
- 3 years specialist Change Management in complex projects
that included Organisational transformation
