POSITION: BOILERSHOP SUPERVISOR

Requirements

KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS (DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES):

Implement safety and health policies and procedures
Supervises employees in the Boiler Shop
Carryout boiler- making and welding activities
Continuous improvement
Records Management and management reporting

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

National Craft Certificate in Boiler Making/ Welding or equipment
Five (05) years post qualification experience with heavy earthmoving equipment in a mining environment
People management skills
