Camel’s Inn Lodge (Mmopane) is looking for qualified and experienced individuals for the below positions:

1 Chef

4 years post qualification experience

1 Cook

2 years post qualification experience
The successful candidate for the above positions must demonstrate thorough knowledge of food measurements and cooking tasty Setswana food in large quantities

1 Driver

2 years post qualification experience
Class B license
PSV & PrDP Goods

1 Events Coordinator

2 years post qualification experience

All the above positions should have the following:

Relevant professional certification.

A professional certificate being the lowest qualification.

The candidate should have worked in a lodge/ catering/ tourism related industry.

SKILLS

Be proactive.
Have methods for problem solving.
Good communication skills, both written and spoken.
Competent teamwork abilities.
Having documentation and organizational skills.
Be self-motivated.
Be able to asses and report possible risks within their respective fields.
Be able to meet deadlines.
