The purpose of this role is to coordinate and marshal the available resources for the maximization of Retail Sales as per set targets.
Qualifications & Experience
•A Bachelors Degree
•COP in Short Term Insurance
•3 years post qualification experience
Skills and Competencies
•Relevant sales and distribution experience
•Good at developing and maintaining relationships
•Good motivational skills
•Product knowledge
•Operational planning
•Staff management
•Self starter
•Team player
