Duties: The successful candidate will be
expected to teach courses in visual impairment as well as generic courses in
Special Education/Inclusive Education. He/She will be also expected
to carry out any other duties as may be assigned by the Head of Department.
REQUIREMENTS: Applicants should
hold: (i) a Master’s degree but preferably a PhD in
Special Education/Inclusive Education (ii) Bachelor degree with at least a 2(i)
pass/ GPA of at least 3.6 or equivalent ; (iii) show relevant evidence of
engagement in research and evidence of service in the three areas at
Institution, and community levels as well as professionally. (iv) Relevant
teaching experience at University or Tertiary Institution will be an added
advantage.
