Description
Job Purpose
- To
lead the work in analysing, developing and managing functional planning,
working partnership with all the Botswana functions and
businesses, to enable the production of an integrated plan for the
achievement of business goals.
- Provide
value added analysis, commentary and recommendations on Botswana’s
Core performance against the Balanced Scorecards to drive exceptional
business performance at Country & functional level.
- To
manage & coordinate the work of the BP&A analysts to ensure the
timely delivery of accurate performance data
