BOTSWANA UNIFIED REVENUE SERVICE: SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER - PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

Main Purpose of the Job

To deliver a wide range of Performance Management, change initiatives and administrative services. To provide advice on the application of BURS Performance and Rewards Management process and to advice on alignment of conditions of employment with changed operational systems having a bearing on HRM issues. To promote timely delivery of service maintenance of a motivated, productive labour force through a conductive work environment.

Qualifications & Experience

•Recognised Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
•Atleast 2 years relevant post qualification experience with orientation towards performance Management implementation

•Technical and Procedural awareness and attention to detail

Salary: BURS 06 (P146, 004 - P196, 188) Per annum
