Pule Modisana Holdings is a holding company with 3 subsidiaries in funeral services, funeral insurance and coffin manufacturing. The company operates a network of branches across the country, with significant growth prospects.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified and experienced applicants to fill the following posts;

1.HEAD OF OPERATIONS
The role of Head of Operations is a senior management position which reports to the CEO
The incumbent will be required to;

•Drive business growth within the funeral services function of the company and to coordinate the daily operations of the branch network.

Responsibilities:
•Oversight of processes and controls within the division as well as ensuring branch adherence to high customer service standards.
•Managing company assets, including vehicle fleet will be key

Qualification and experience:
•University Degree
•5 years experience in operations environment at a management level
•Exposure to the funeral services industry and the establishment of new operations will be an added advantage

2.HEAD OF INSURANCE
The Role of Head of Insurance is a senior management position and reports to the CEO

Requirements:
•The incumbent will be required to grow the retail and corporate portfolio of the insurance division and maintain optimal relations with key stakeholders, including the underwriter and the regulator.
•He/she will be expected to develop and manage a strong sales team as well as oversee processes and controls within the division.

Qualifications and Experience:
•University Degree
•5 years experience in insurance environment at a management level
• Evidence of direct contribution to exceptional sales growth within the insurance industry will be an added advantage
•A Certificate of Proficiency is also required for the position

3.ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

•This role is responsible for managing stock within the branches and factory.
•The role also include producing periodic stock reports and conducting stock counts
•The incumbent should possess a minimum of AAT plus 2 years experience in stock management environment
