VACANCIES AT MATSILOJE PORTLAND CEMENT

Matsiloje Portland is looking for dynamic and experienced individuals to fill the following positions:

1) CEMENT MILL HOUSE ELECTRICIAN
• Designing and planning of electrical systems and equipment’s with excellent knowledge of panel installations, transformers, HV and LV switchgears is a requirement
• Diploma/degree in electrical engineering

2) DIESEL MECHANIC
• To carry out repairs, services and all maintenance of earth moving plant
• Diploma of NCC in diesel mechanic
• 5 years’ work experience

3) TRAINER ELECTRICIAN
• To service ,repair and maintain all electrical plant machinery
• NCC/diploma in electrical engineering with at least 5 years’ experience

4) TLB & FEL OPERATIONS
• To operate TLB and FEL safely in the plant and up keeping the machine
• MTTC and special type licence with 5 years’ experience

5) FITTERS/MACHINIST
• Fitting and maintenance of ball Mills,conveyos,crushers and machining all materials needed for use
• NCC/Diploma in fitting or machining having minimum of 3 years’ experience

6) KILN SENTIRING OPERATOR
• Experience vs burner who can kick start the burning of cement to the required standard
• 5 years’ experience

7) CEMENT SHIFT CHEMIST
• In charge with the accuracy of results generated by the lab and producing quality and interaction with quality control

8) SHIFT SUPERVISOR
• To handle the shift alone, in terms of production ,maintenance, quality and machine running ,administrative action and raw material offloading
• Certificate in any field with experience in mining or manufacturing industries

9) QUALITY CONTROLLER
• Plan, develop and establish quality policies and procedures required by the organisation
