|
Group Office requires the services of a Divisional Project
Manager, reporting to the Group Project Manager . The successful incumbent
will be required to spend substantial time at project sites to oversee
implementation of projects to manage infrastructure and capacity projects
within Africa.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
|
Manage Project Planning, Preparation and Initiation, which
includes proposing technical solutions, preparing cost estimates, designs and
timelines and gain understanding and sign-off from stakeholders.
Manage Project Implementation, which involves managing project teams, manage
tendering process, identify and appoint suppliers/contractors, evaluate
progress of projects, manage project budget and project routines and updates.
Manage Commissioning and handover to local management, which includes
ensuring all project requirements are met, manage commissioning and snagging
processes, review projects, archive all material/documentation and post
project review and evaluation.

Skills, Experience & Education
|
The successful incumbent must be in possession of a
Mechanical/Electrical Engineering qualification coupled with a strong
background and appropriate Project Management qualification.
5-10 years Project Management experience including operational proven track
record in a FMCG environment, specifically in bottling/beverage industry.
Sound business acumen,
Good communication, interpersonal and people management skills.
Strong strategic, analytical, numerical & project planning and management
skills are essential.

The successful candidates must be willing to travel
