specialist skills in SAP Plant Maintenance, enterprise asset management and
associated planning, optimization and supply Chain areas.
We have a position available in our Botswana office for a Planning and Scheduling Coach based predominantly in Orapa.
The successful candidate is required to have the following skills
•A recognized artisan qualification in mechanical. Electrical or instrumentation disciplines
•Five years minimum experience as a maintenance planner, scheduler or a similar role in a mining environment
•Minimum of five years working experience with SAP PM system
•Demonstrate to be effective in a team environment
•Excellent communication skills
•Training, coaching and mentoring skills
•Fluent in English
Advantageous:
•SAP MP certified/ qualification
•Planning and Scheduling formal certification
•Open cast mining experience
•Knowledge of and familiar with Botswana
•Engaging and personable individual
•Ability and willingness to explain concepts and leanings several times from several angles
The position is a contract position (initially 12 months) and an immediate start is required. Remuneration will be in accordance with the successful candidate’s qualification and previous experience in a similar role.
