DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Develop, design and present training materials which best suits the needs and objectives of the hotel
Develop and conduct training needs analysis
Ensure all training programmes are registered and accredited with BOTA
Maintain effective training administration system
External liason with BOTA and accredited training providers
MINIMUN REQUIREMENTS
Recognised training qualification and experience
Must be BOTA accredited
Hospitality Certification and experience highly essential
Excellent office skills, Microsoft with particular focus on power point
Be a self starter
