Senior Evaluator - Team Leader

• Education: University degree.
• Experience: - At least 15 years relevant professional experience;
  - Good knowledge of EDF financing and implementation procedures;
  - Professional experience in evaluation of programmes and/or projects (having performed at least three evaluation);
  - Demonstrated ability as a Team Leader (at least two positions as Team Leader);
  - Team Leader of large evaluation process;
  - Experience in evaluating water and sanitation programmes;
  - Solid experience in the ACP region would be highly desirable.
