The Health Innovation Challenge Fund (HICF) known as SRIJON is a transformative initiative funded by DFID that aims to support innovations by the private (non-state) sector that will improve the performance of Bangladesh’s health system, thereby increasing access to safe, effective and affordable health care. SRIJON will ‘challenge’ non-state actors to identify and co-fund innovations that will improve the performance of the health market system. The objective of the programme is to provide seed financing in support of innovative new ideas in the non-state sector that have the potential to improve the quality and results of health service delivery in a sustainable way.
We are seeking a young and dynamic Relationship Officer who will be responsible for supporting the grantees in reporting, implementing monitoring and evaluation plans and systems and coordinating capacity building activities for grantees.
You will demonstrate:
  • Experience in working with private sector and/or civil society organizations in a capacity building position;  
  • Understanding of reporting and M&E systems;
  • Strong financial acumen;
  • Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
