Operations Group Manager – Based Dubai Due to growth and expansion, an opportunity has been created in the Operations Group in the EMEA Business Unit in Dubai. The role of the Operations Group Manager is to support GRM Project(s) through providing scheduling, operational, financial and compliance support for assigned international projects to contribute to cost effective, timely and specification compliant project delivery. You will demonstrate: Relevant bachelor’s degree; 5 – 10 years relevant work experience; 3 – 5 years of DFID, DFAT-Australian Aid or USAID project management experience, including managing long and short term consultants, project start-up & closeout, achieving milestones and interpreting project plans; Minimum 2 years of experience in a developing country or similar environment; Proven ability to develop and administer budget, schedule and performance requirements; Strong management skills with ability mentor, coach, lead, develop and evaluate staff; Financial acumen and the ability to interpret and analyse financial reports.
