Main purpose of job:
•To plan and coordinate the promotion of industrial harmony and efficiency through the provision of equitable application of market related terms and conditions of employment.
Education/Qualification:
•Degree in Social Sciences with specialization in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Experience:
•Three ( 3 ) years post qualification experience in a similar position in a unionized environment
Key result areas:
•Budget control and planning
•Minimization of industrial disputes/ grievances
•Compliance
•Efficient operation systems
•Management of labour relations function
•Staff development
2.HUMAN CAPITAL OFFICER (ORGANISATIONAL DEVELOPMENT)

•To plan, analyse, supervise, coordinate and implement the training and development aspect at the organization.
Education/Qualifications:
•Degree in Social Sciences with specialization in Human Resources Management or related discipline
•Three years post qualification experience in a similar position
Key Result Areas:
•Budget control and planning
•Development of training and development policy
•Manpower management
•Availability of an effective performance management system
•Effective implementation of balance score card
•Effective operating systems
•Customer satisfaction
•Staff development
3.LEGAL SERVICES OFFICER
Main purpose of job:
•To provide an efficient secretarial and administrative support service to the Legal Services Manager and to the Board.
Education/Qualifications:
•Bachelor of Laws (LLB) :Admission to practice in the Courts of Botswana
Experience:
•Three years post qualification experience in a similar role
Key Result Areas:
•Budget Control and Planning
•Legal and Contract documentation
•Administrative services
•Provision of Board Secretarial Services
•Customer Satisfaction
•Self Development
