Main purpose of job:
•To coordinate and administer the varied training programmes at the Botswana Railways Training Centre and ensures its effective running and up keeping to meet set standards by the training regulatory authorities.
Education/Qualifications:
•Degree in Social Sciences with specialization in Human Resources Management and Training or related discipline
Experience:
•Four years post qualification experience in training and development
Key Performance Areas:
•Budget control and Planning
•Development of training plans
•Implementation of training plans and programmes
•Efficient operating systems
•Customer satisfaction
•Delivery of training (BOTA Accredited Trainer)
•Staff development
2.HUMAN CAPITAL ANALYST
Main Purpose of job:
•To provide global HR reporting and metrics in support of HR programmes, initiatives and ad hoc data requests with the aim of enhancing overall business performance.
Education / Qualifications:
•Degree in Social Sciences with specialization in Human Resources Management or related discipline
Experience:
•Three years post-qualification experience in analysis of HR related data
Key Performance Areas:
•Data analysis
•Provision of efficient HR solutions
•Job evaluation
•Staff development
