Main purpose of the job
Prepare a variety of food; meat, seafood, poultry, vegetable and cold food items. Arrange sauces and supplementary garnishes for allocated station and serve menu items compliant with established standards. Constantly use safe and hygienic food handlingpractices and keep the work area fresh all through the shift.
