LECTURER IN PUBLIC ADMINISTRATION (2 YEARS FIXED-TERM
CONTRACT)
VACANCY NO. FSS/ PAS 4/ 2019
Duties: The successful applicant will be
expected to teach undergraduate courses and must have a solid background in
Public Administration. The applicant must have demonstrable capacity to teach
at least three of the following courses: Institutions and Processes of Public
Administration, Organisation Theories, Public Administration in Botswana,
Public Policy Analysis, Contemporary Issues in Public Administration and Ethics
and Administration.
Requirements: Applicants should have i) a
Master’s degree in Public Administration plus Bachelor’s degree or related
field with at least a 2(i) pass/GPA of at least 3.6; (ii) show evidence of
engagement in research and service; (iii) a relevant PhD, teaching experience
at a University or comparable institution and demonstration of effective
academic leadership will be added advantages.
Remuneration: The University offers a
competitive salary and benefits commensurate with experience and
qualifications.
