Reporting to the IP Services Engineer, the incumbent will
assist in the provisioning work including design, configuration and testing of
BoFiNet internet, leased lines, Wireless and related IP services nationwide.

4. TECHNICAL ACCOUNT MANAGER-SALES (3 Year Contract)
Main Purpose of the Job:
Reporting to Sales Manager, the incumbent is set to grow
revenue in line with set targets through proposal response including solution
design and written response to technical requirement, converting customer
requirement into opportunities through crafting customized solutions.
Overseeing solution implementation, presentation of complex solutions to
customers.
Key Responsibilities:
• Experiential knowledge and understanding of the
Telecommunications Industry products and services,
• Maintain relationships through strategic alignment of company products/service profile with that of the client strategies and goals;
• To understand the nature and interdependency of the organizational strategy, business model, revenue and profit drivers and how value is created;
• Call on prospective clients, analyse their needs, present product features and benefits as well as provide solutions (multiple products);
• Apply technical skills to deal with new problems, provide technical analysis and data to guide decision-making and share expertise;
• Fundamental in bringing about internal organizational and process changes to improve service levels;
• Develop monthly sales call program taking into account local market dynamics and competitors, report on client contact as well as deviations from target in a system
• Ability to analyse and monitor sales trends and volumes and propose changes to processes, systems, training ,procedures and ensures compliance to standards;
• Assist the Sales team in identifying new opportunities and creating sales leads.
• Will be responsible for assessing Customers' requirements, propose solutions and assist the Sales teams with pre-sales activities
• Provide pre-sales technical assistance and product education to Customers and channel Partners.
• Make technical presentations and demonstrations, showing how a solution fits Customer needs and making compelling arguments.
