Job Brief
We are looking for a Receptionist to perform a variety of
administrative and clerical tasks.
Responsibilities
Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and friendly
manner.
Welcome visitors and direct them to appropriate person and
office.
Keep detailed and accurate records of visitors' requests and
calls received.
Maintain reception area and all common areas in a clean and
tidy manner at all times.
Operate standard office equipment on a regular basis,
including a fax machine, a copy machine and a computer.
Create and print memos, correspondence, reports, and other
documents when necessary.
Perform other clerical duties as needed, such as data entry,
filing, photocopying and collating.
Qualifications
Certificate or Diploma required -Knowledge of and be
proficient in using Microsoft Office applications such as Windows, Word, Excel,
Access.
Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
Efficient, organized and resourceful with a strong attention
to detail.
Excellent interpersonal skills.
Punctual and honest.
