DEPUTY DIRECTOR, REGISTRATION, RECORDS & EXAMINATIONS

Duties: The successful applicant will be expected to: direct the management of the Office of Registration, Records and Examinations. Oversees and coordinates all major functions and services: course/ class and examination scheduling, student registration, examinations, grades collection and reporting, graduation and conferments, data collection, transfer credit services, course databases, transcripts, academic regulations, academic records, student and information services. Design, develop, implement and maintain innovative, student-centred policies, procedures, systems and electronic technologies to enhance these functions. 

Requirements:
 Applicants must have (i) a Bachelor’s Degree in any academic discipline; (ii) Masters’ Degree is desirable; (iii) a minimum of seven years’ experience in academic and/or student services, three of which should have been at a middle management level; (iv) experience with the implementation, maintenance and use of student information systems; (v) work experience with computer systems and the use of modern information technology systems including databases and web-enabled services; (vi) experience with student information system or comparable system; (vii) ability to adapt new information technology to the working environment is essential.
