Maru-a-Pula School is looking to hire an outstanding
candidate to fill the full-time intern position of Communications Assistant for
an immediate start.
There will be an initial probationary period of employment through to mid-April 2016, with the possibility of a contract extension to a candidate who demonstrates significant ability in the role.
The successful candidate will possess the following :
• Exemplary written English skills, including a high level of competence using the Microsoft Office package
• A positive, pro-active attitude
• The ability to multi-task under pressure
• A demonstrable interest in journalism, communications and the arts
The Communications Assistant will report directly to the
Head of Communications for Maru-a-Pula School and Maitisong, and will be
involved in the planning and facilitation of a high-profile global literature
project, as well as the day to day administrative duties of a busy school
Communications department.
