SALES AGENTS
Role and responsibilities
1. Making outbound calls via a predictive dialer to potential customers to market insurance products and/or service
2. Updating the system with comments regarding each call, initiate any tasks required, assisting the customer with prompt and thorough resolution of their concerns
3. Resolving customer issues and following up on customer issues as necessary.
4. Showing excellent professionalism and negotiating skills when dealing with difficult customers
5. Accepting and performing other duties as assigned.

Qualification and Experience
• BGCSE
• Must have a Certificate of Proficiency (COP)
• Certificate/ Diploma in Business will be an added advantage.
• Minimum of one-year in telemarketing or call center experience required. Experience in negotiation, collections, customer service, or sales is preferred.

Competencies
1. Negotiation skills
2. Communication Skills
3. Basic knowledge of PCs and related software such as Excel and Word
4. Attention to detail
