Field Collection Agents

Role and responsibilities
1. Ensure customer satisfaction.
2. Make appointments to clients and ensure that they complete forms and attach
all necessary documents.
3. Submit signed application and original forms to back office fulfillment agents.
4. Ensure that sales are fulfilled on daily basis.
5. Resolve customer concerns or queries and make follow ups.

Qualification and Experience
BGCSE and Certificate in Accounting or Business Studies and/or any related field will be an added advantage.
Minimum of one (1) year experience as a field agent is an added advantage.

2. Communication Skills
3. Sales and marketing skills
4. Be attentive to details
5. Clean class A driver’s license (Motor Cyclists)
6. Clean class B driver’s license will be an added advantage
